Internet encyclopaedias go head to head

How do Britannica and Wikipedia compare in terms of accuracy? Suprisingly they are very close. On average, Britannica has 3 errors per article and Wikipedia has four. One would have thought that with Britannica's image and length of time doing this sort of thing, that they'd be more accurate. You would also think that because of the way articles are contributed and edited in the Wikipedia that there would be many more errors. Suprises abound. What's more alarming is that you really can't trust anything you read.
