KinderStart - A Case of Sour Grapes?

KinderStart is suing Google because of a drop in rankings that they claim lost them a bundle of cash. They claim that their first constitutional rights have been violated and so on...blah, blah, blah. I didn't realize that an excellent Google ranking was a necessity for free speech, but apparently they think it is. Why don't they just put a cut finger in their chocolate shake and pour hot coffee in their lap like everyone else? Internet News Article | Reuters.com
