Windows Live Toolbar

Ok. It's not new, but after posting an article about Google's toolbar, I had to play fair. The MSN toolbar is also a good choice. Although it has far fewer options, it is simpler to use. Onfolio appears to be a great option allowing you to "capture, organize, and share images, whole Web pages, and even entire sites". Although I haven't tried it, it does sound addicting.
